Who we are
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (also known as JLL), is a UK-based, international real estate company. With offices in 80 countries and specialising in the divisions of industrial, commercial, retail, residential and hotel real estate, JLL is a world leader in the industry.
Meta is a US-based technology company formerly known as Facebook. It owns products such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger.
What is REDI?
JLL and Meta have collaborated to create the REDI programme. Our goal is to change the face of real estate by encouraging and supporting diversity within the industry. We aim to do this by allowing thousands of students aged 14-19 to complete a work and education-focused programme that focuses on the opportunities within real estate.
This, coupled with our in-person work placement programme, allows individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to gain a real insight into the way we work.

Our developments deliver a mix of housing tenures including affordable homes, private rented homes and private homes for sale. Our timber manufacturing capability, Vistry Works, is at the core of our strategy.

RICS: A Professional Body
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a globally recognised professional body that sets and enforces world class professional standards, regulates and supports professionals in land, property, construction and infrastructure, promotes trust and professionalism through ethics and qualifications.
Chartered Surveyors help shape the future. They’re involved in: Building smart, sustainable cities; Tackling climate change; Managing land and property resources; Solving challenges like urbanisation and housing demand.
